RETURNS
When can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with the item you received for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and request a replacement or a refund.
The package must be returned within 10 days of the return acceptance request.
SLP reserves the right to refuse returns if the item is used or damaged, or if the labels are missing.
SLP will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the return.
Can we make the garments team-oriented?
No, as they are specifically customized upon request, unless there are any discrepancies or defects.

Unfortunately, small defects may occasionally occur, so please remember that production is entirely handmade. If you believe you have a defect, please contact us by selecting this link .

You can find information about the item and its origin both on the website in the section dedicated to that specific item and on the label located inside the item.
Where can I find information on the garment's intended use?
Given that we strive to produce garments structured to best meet the wearer's physical needs, we've tried to help you make your choice by highlighting the product's intrinsic qualities within the product description. Here, you'll find each product's weather-related characteristics, such as temperature range, breathability, wind resistance, water resistance, and sun protection. For any further information, please contact our customer service.
If a product I want to purchase is out of stock, what can I do?
Please let us know and report it to our customer service. They will be able to provide specific information regarding the possibility of re-ordering.

How can I use the Gift Card or promotional coupon?
It's very simple. You'll need to enter your card details in the appropriate field.
Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other offers, so if the product is in the Bundle Kits section, in Outlet, or on sale, the Gift Card will not work.
How can I know if my order has been confirmed?
Most order confirmations will arrive in your email address within 30 minutes. If they don't arrive, please check your spam and junk folders.
Alternatively, you can go to the website and select "My Order." If you don't have an account yet, we recommend creating one.

Is the price inclusive of VAT?
The sale price listed on the website includes VAT but does not include import taxes applied by countries outside the European Union. SLP cannot assume responsibility for local customs duties and cannot issue tax documents with a value lower than the actual purchase price.
How can I know that payment transactions are secure?
Your privacy and financial security are our top priorities. SLP uses the same level of security as most credit institutions.
When and how will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and prepared within 3-5 days (except for orders paid by bank transfer).
All orders are shipped via DHL courier, which guarantees an express service within 24-48 hours depending on the destination.
Once the courier picks up your order, you will receive a message with the tracking number and delivery details.
