TERMS OF SALE

The offer and sale of products on the website www.slopline.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. Customers are required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before placing their purchase order. Submitting a purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale and the provisions of the Order Form. Once the online purchase process has been completed, Customers are required to print and retain these General Conditions of Sale and the relevant order form, having already reviewed and accepted them.

1. Object

  1. These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by GI Sportswear Srl to consumer users and to users acting for purposes related to business activity.
    These general conditions are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the site, which constitutes acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code.
    The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the website.
    The company excludes any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

  2. The products sold on the site can only be purchased and delivered to the countries indicated on the Order Form. Any orders for shipments outside these countries will be automatically rejected during the order processing process.

2. Subjects

  1. The products are sold directly by GI Sportswear Srl, with registered office in Italy at Via dell'Artigianato, 34, 20881 Bernareggio (MB), tax code and registration number in the Lecco Company Register no. 02712600135, VAT number 02712600135 (hereinafter GI Sportswear Srl or the Seller).

  2. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.slopline.it. They do not, however, govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller who are present on www.slopline.it via links, banners, or other hyperlinks. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, we recommend checking their terms and conditions, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller.

  3. The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

  4. The product offers on the website www.slopline.it are intended for adult customers.
    If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase from www.slopline.it.

    By placing an order through this website, you warrant to us that you are of legal age (18 years of age) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  5. The Customer is prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or fictitious names in the online ordering process and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally pursue any violation or abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.

  6. Furthermore, by accepting these Conditions of Sale, you exempt the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data you provided when placing the online order, as you, the customer, are solely responsible for their correct entry.

3. Sales via e-commerce service

  1. By online sales contract we mean the distance contract for the sale of movable goods (hereinafter Products) entered into between you, as the Customer, and GI Sportswear Srl, as the Seller, within the scope of an e-commerce service organised by the Seller who, for this purpose, uses the remote communication technology known as the Internet.

  2. To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products, you must complete the electronic order form (hereinafter the Order) and send it to the Seller via the Internet following the relevant instructions.

  3. The Order contains:
  • a reference to these General Conditions of Sale;
  • information and images of each Product and the relative price;
  • the payment methods you can use;
  • the delivery methods of the purchased Products and the related shipping and delivery costs;
  • a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal;
  • the methods and times for returning purchased products.
  1. Although GI Sportswear Srl constantly takes measures to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and color resolution of the computer you are using. Consequently, the Seller will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products displayed on the Site due to the aforementioned technical reasons, since such representations are merely for illustrative purposes.

  2. If a discount code or coupon is used, it always has a fixed value and the expiration date indicated in the communication relating to the transaction to which it refers. Discounts are not convertible into cash and cannot be combined.

  3. Before finalizing the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale, including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.

  4. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your Order Form via the Internet, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order.

  5. The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian and the applicable law is Italian law.

  6. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your Order for its fulfillment.

4. Order Evasion

  1. By submitting the Order via the Internet, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.

  2. Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order described in paragraphs 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5.

  3. The Seller reserves the right, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request further information from you via email or the telephone number you indicated regarding the Order you sent online.

  4. The Seller may not process your purchase orders if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not fulfilled your order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the amount previously reserved on the Customer's payment method will be released.

  5. If the products presented on the website are no longer available or on sale after the Order has been placed, the Seller will promptly inform you, and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day after you sent your order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the ordered Products. In this case, the sum previously committed to the Customer's payment method will be released.

  6. Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products, with no quantity limit for each item.

  7. GI Sportswear Srl reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous order. This applies equally to any case in which GI Sportswear Srl deems the customer unsuitable, including, but not limited to, previous violations of the terms and conditions of online purchases on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.

5. Sales prices

  1. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all Product prices and shipping and delivery costs listed on the website and in the Order are inclusive of VAT and expressed in euros. The prices indicated are always and exclusively those indicated on the website at the time the Order is placed online. Product prices and shipping and delivery costs are subject to change without notice. Therefore, please check the final sale price before placing your Order.

  2. All Products are shipped directly from Italy. Product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, do not include any costs related to customs duties and related taxes if shipments are made to non-EU countries or to countries where applicable legislation requires import duties.

  3. These costs are therefore borne by the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, according to the instructions specified in the Order Confirmation.

  4. The customer declares that lack of knowledge of the costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or charges referred to in paragraph 5.2 shall not constitute grounds for termination of this contract, at the time of placing an order, and that he/she shall not in any way charge the aforementioned charges to GI Sportswear Srl.

  5. For certain products subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to prior communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.

  6. For purchases made by credit card, upon completion of the online transaction, the relevant banking institution will authorize the payment for the purchase amount only. The amount for any goods shipped, even partially, will be charged to the customer's credit card only upon delivery of the ordered goods to the courier.

  7. The goods will be shipped only after the order has been accepted and payment has been received.

  8. If an order is cancelled, either by the customer or if the seller rejects the order, the order will be cancelled and the blocked amount will be released (release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction is cancelled, the seller cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the release of the blocked amount by the banking system.

  9. The seller reserves the right to request additional documents from the customer proving ownership of the credit card. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the seller not accepting the order.

  10. Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and direct, protected, and certified connections.

7. Shipping and delivery of products

  1. Each shipment contains: the ordered products, sales receipt (for orders from Italy), and any informational and marketing materials.
    For each order placed, the seller issues a sales document for the shipped material. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer may request a copy of the invoice or receipt within three months of issuance.
    Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated when placing the order.

  2. The delivery of the Products purchased through the Seller's website can take place in various ways.

  3. Home delivery to the Customer. The purchased products will be delivered by the courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order. See section 17. Shipping for additional information.

  4. The seller cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing or delivering the order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, or in any way altered;
  • that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
  • Any damage to the product or packaging, or any discrepancies in the information provided, must be immediately reported to the courier by writing "Subject to Inspection" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's delivery receipt has been signed, the customer will no longer be able to raise any objections regarding the external appearance of the goods delivered.
  • If the items stored at the courier's warehouse are not collected within 5 working days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

8. Right of withdrawal

  1. The online customer acting as a Consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, as provided for by Articles 64 – 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.
    Please note that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e., private consumers acting for purposes outside their profession. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons and natural persons acting in a professional capacity with respect to the purchase contract.
    Pursuant to and within the limits of Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right allows the consumer to return the products received and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without having to specify the reason.
    This right applies to all products purchased online from this site that have not been used, worn, or damaged. Specifically, returned products must be returned with all labels, security seals, packaging, and accessories (cases, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the Order.
    Furthermore, withdrawal is excluded for personalized/customized goods according to the Customer's specific request.
    The Owner only accepts returns of products purchased through this site.
    The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

  2. The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned product is not intact, the labels, security seals, packaging and accessories have been used, scratched, or have been altered (worn, washed, ironed, etc.), or if the product has suffered damage for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not previously reported.

    The Customer is therefore responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. This means that the refund in the event of withdrawal is reduced proportionately to the diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

    Without limiting the right of withdrawal, upon delivery of the product, the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport, must refuse delivery or accept it with express reservation.

    All collections of intact packages must be made by the customer, who must indicate "INTACT PACKAGE, COLLECTION RESERVED TO INSPECTION OF CONTENTS" on the accompanying document (Article 1698 of the Italian Civil Code). Any anomalies must be reported within eight days using the following methods, via registered mail with return receipt, to the following address:

  3. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send, within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased product, a communication clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.

    The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram (to the address indicated above).
    The consumer must then arrange, using a courier of their choice, for the shipment of the product (if possible in the original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packaged) and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
    The consumer must make this shipment within ten working days from the date on which he sent the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

  4. Important Notes: Shipping costs and liability for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are the responsibility of the consumer.
    We therefore recommend insuring the product with your chosen courier, taking care to carefully package the goods, where possible placing the original packaging in an external box and, in any case, avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts. In particular, returned products must be returned with all labels, security seals, packaging and accessories (case, hanger, garment cover, etc.) and all accessories received with the Order.
    In the event of damage during transport during the return process, the Seller will notify the consumer of the damage within five working days of receiving the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return, and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously cancelled.
    Except as provided below for partial withdrawals, the Seller will refund, within 14 days of the Seller becoming aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the full purchase price and shipping costs for delivery, by credit card reversal or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer; the latter will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
    If the withdrawal is partial (i.e., it concerns only a portion of the products delivered in a single delivery), the refund of the shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase is excluded.
    The consumer is responsible for verifying that the Product received corresponds to the order placed. If the consumer finds that the product does not conform to the order, he or she must contact GI Sportswear Srl using the methods described in Article 10 and arrange for the item to be returned.

  5. Order Cancellation Request. The purchase order can be cancelled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the product is still being prepared for shipment and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case, the customer will not be charged any fees.
    If, at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order, the product has already been entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.
    To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty for non-compliant products

  1. Purchased products are always accompanied by a legal guarantee that covers manufacturing and conformity defects (e.g., malfunctions, breakdowns, and breakages resulting from normal use, defects in the goods) for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.

  2. The legal guarantee cannot be claimed by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.

  3. The legal guarantee gives the right to request from the seller:
  • at the consumer's choice, the repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively expensive compared to the alternative, taking into account: the extent of the defect, if any, the value of the product without the defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented without causing significant inconvenience to the customer;
  • If repair or replacement is impossible, excessively costly, delayed, or causes significant inconvenience to the customer and is ineffective in resolving the problem, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or termination of the contract. When determining the amount of the reduction or the refund, the use of the item must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to repair or replace the product, the contract cannot be terminated.

  • The seller will repair or replace the product within a maximum of 60 days of delivery to the point of sale, excluding the time required to procure spare parts that are not immediately available.

  • In order to enforce the guarantee, the customer must by law:
  • keep and display the purchase receipt;
  • report the defect within two months of its discovery;

  • All return costs for defective products will be borne by the Seller.

The Customer acknowledges, accepts and consents to the fact that all communications, notifications, certifications, information, reports and in any case any documentation on the operations performed, relating to the purchase of the Products, will be sent to the email address indicated at the time of registration, with the possibility of downloading the information on a durable medium in the ways and within the limits established by the Site.

13. Applicable law, dispute resolution and competent court
The sales contract between the customer and the seller is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise stated, Italian law applies.
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer, i.e., a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not indicate a VAT number in the order, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the court of the Seller's registered office.

Therefore, the Customer will be required to accept only the General Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of purchase. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the website www.slopline.it.

16. Shipments

Italy
In Italy, shipments are made via DHL express courier.
Shipping costs are €10.00. Free for orders over €150.00.

Abroad
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering based on the destination.
The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your order summary before you pay.
For non-EU countries, customs administrative fees may apply, paid entirely by the recipient, and may vary at the discretion of the customs authorities. These fees are not managed by GI Sportswear Srl and will be subsequently invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the country to which the ordered products are shipped.

Delivery times
MASKS: We guarantee delivery in Italy within 2 working days and delivery abroad within 5 working days.
CLOTHING: Orders are processed within 5 working days for Italy and abroad.
For Calabria and the Islands and some remote areas, delivery may take an additional day.
Couriers deliver Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Couriers will make three delivery attempts and leave notifications. After three attempts, your order will be returned to the sender.
Orders are processed automatically by our systems and it is not possible to change shipping or delivery times.
Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order.
